This was my first order to deliver a wreath to the funeral house. As such I don t have experience in shopping with you. But as the wreath was delivered on time and the e mails that followed informing me of the delivery and thanking me was a job well done . I have already recomended Kapruka to many of my friends here. The website was friendly but I saw another competitor s and they have a more high tech website. But I chose Karpruka s due to the choices they had and also the reasonable pricing. I really want to share my wonderful experience as well as feedback from having ordered thru Kapruka s on Thurs 4 10 12. However due to some confusion in the palour address the first delivery was returned on that same evening. A Mr Susendran called me on my Australian mobile to inform me of that. I then realised that the palour address was wrong and informed him of the correct one. He was very kind to say he will check and deliver it. Just to be really sure I emailed to the address which actually sent me the mail about the nondelivery. There after when I checked on Fri mrg the staff who answered Mr Susendran was not availablekept saying that the delivery was not successful. I think they could be referring to old records. I kept telling them that the wreath had to be delivered by 10am on 5 10 12 as the cortege will leave for Jaffna that very day. Thereafter when I called back in the evening I was told the palour returned the flowers as the funeral was over. In fact it was worse this time as the person told me that the wreath had come back and was looking withered due to being two days old. Panicking I made calls to the funeral palour and to my relieve they confirmed that there was a delivery made from Karpruka s that mrg and all was fine. So I am really confused as to why I kept getting wrong messages each time I called. My mobile phone bill would be jacked up as I had to ring several times and the line did get cut several times. Sigh! But anyway I am just glad that the whole experience while giving me some heartattack at times was a pleasant one as Karpruka s did do what they promised that is get it delivered. That was what mattered. Anyway do investigate to see where the wrong information could have been given so that it does not happen in future. I do really want to thank Mr Susendran he was kind understanding and most importantly empathetic to my needs of urgent deliver to the funeral palour. I do want to say that all the staff I spoke to were very professional kind and spoke very good English. This is infact my first experience ordering online and I am glad I did it with Karpruka s. By the way in case you need the order number it is 4F8A. Thank you
