Delivery staff does a very good job than the office team. Lots of miscommunication between the office staff. And system has an option for Delivery between morning hours but I received an email saying that the cake cannot be delivered for the requested time but between 8am to 5pm. So I replied for the email asking to deliver after 3pm. But its a miscommunication. Please remove that option from the system. Call staff was not understanding but the delivery team did a good job.

Its a pleasure ordering from Kapruka. I was able to select a very good cake for one of our company employee event and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise for them! Also I contacted the hotline couple of times before the order and during the delivery as well. The agent has been very helpful and gave me all required information. And the delivery happened without any delay as promised. Overall it was a very satisfying experience.
