Was really upset with the services this time. I ordered three items received only one item. Had to call customer care and then they came back and delivered only one other item making it only two items delivered out of the 3 items i had paid for. Customer care person told she will make arrangements to get the third item delivered the next day but whats the use if it cannot be delivered on the day i needed as it was a gift. This has never happened before so highly dissapointed. Also the delivery person who delivered the items was very rude.

I did order a gift for my husband order AY0A4AD3439B . the items are inside the box and i was planned to handover the items with the box as it also a part of the item itself. But during the delivery the team has not wrapped the box and they have pasted the delivery notification on the box. so i was unable to gift the items with box as it got damaged. now i need to buy a separate matching gift box. Its disappointing
