My order was placed including a birthday cake hamper and a gift. Delivery was on 9th Aug to com 15.Gift was out of stock and kapruka contacted me to say that the gift will be delivered next week. I requested to add a birthday card. But it was simply rejected and was told to order separately. I am a regular customer of Kapruka and I felt why couldnt they add a simple card At least Kapruka must have a loyalty customer list to consider such request.
