The cake i ordered was melted little bit.but it is acceptable. But the the title I ask you to add on the cake also malted. I suggest you to use something ingredientsmore stable to write..specially for long distances. When you have order for outside of the western province.you had better use the ingredients which have more ability not to melt.this is a suggest. Apart from melting the cake has shaken as I think..If you can find reliable agents throughout the country specially for such ordersit is easy for you to delivery as it is without any delay please try next time to delivery any items for a birthday in morning hours. My cake was delivered around 5 or 6 pm.

I would say overall okay. I would like to highlight some points which could improve. I mention in order for contact before delivery we received a call around 3 PM. And the delivery happen around 6 PM the cake was meted. the delivery team must take care of the item store temparature. Im not sure the exact times
