Capsicum is a popular vegetable in Sri Lanka. It grows mainly in dry and intermediate zones. `Malu Miris` is the Sinhala term for capsicum. A spicy capsicum fry called `Malu Miris Theldala` can be cooked using capsicum. The capsicum fry is done when the capsicums turn soft. This should take between 12 and 15 minutes over a low flame. This spicy capsicum fry Sri Lankan recipe is made with a few ingredients and is a definite rice puller.

I was thinking whether you could expand to the extent that you could bring nonperishable Sri lankan products including Ayurvedic herbs oils in small quantities and sell in USA to a reasonable price of course. Otherwise you are doing well. Also discourage distributing unhealthy sugary icings on cakes and other products to Sri Lankans in the country.
