Hi Team this was my very first order with Kapruka and it was very special since I had wanted my special friend s Birthday gifts to be delivered without a problem. Yes the delivery was done on the day 9th nov11 I had requested however it would have been much better if I was given more details about the delivery. Apperently there were 2 separate deliveries which I wasn t aware of. The cake I ordered was from Hilton with an additional delivery fee. So my understanding was that Kapruka was to collect the cake from Hilton to be delivered to the receipient. Cake was delivered before 10.30am by Hilton but the Kapruka delivery which was a bottle of champagne was delivered only after 1pm. When it is a Birthday special delivery it is nice to have the surprise as a bundle and not in pieces and I hope this feedback will help you to understand and provide a better service with delivery. Apart from that I am very much happy with rest of your process. Please do add more retail partners to make the online shopping with Kapruka more exciting !Thank youPriyanjaliR S KALUTARAGE

The Greeting card was missing in this order and with my other recent mothers day orders on the cakes the greeting was not written as i wanted. Bit disappointing. Pls look into this and pls make sure it doesnt happen again as it can spoil your good reputation on your service.DR DON E JAYSURIYA
