I have been using Kapruka service since 2013 to send gifts especially birthday cakes to my immediate family members. I was very delighted with the service offered over the past 3 years until my last experience had with a Kapruka agent yesterday 21 02 2016 which tarnished the trust and loyalty I had on the company and the service. I made an order yesterday to deliver a birthday cake for my Father and as I know it is not practical to mention a specific time I know it is mentioned in the website that specific times are not guaranteed I only requested to deliver the cake before 12 noon. But as I got to know that the cake had not been delivered until 4p.m. I contacted a Kapruka agent to enquire the status of the delivery. I was rudely back answered by the agent saying it is hard to deliver goods on requested times and hung the phone up on me. More than the delivery got delayed the agents unpleasant behaviour attitude is the one that disappoints me. As an educated person I do understand that when trying to manage a large amount of delivery orders there can be instances to have certain deliveries delayed. YET when a customer inquire of it agents should be polite enough to respond as customers are paying for the service offered by Kapruka and they are not inquiring of something that is given for free. Hope my bad experience would be helpful to you to upgrade the customer service offered in future.

It was quick and easy for cake shopping For restaurant and food shopping it was not so quick as the Chinese dragon items I ordered on Jan 5th there were no descriptions of the dishes and on some items I could not order more than one at a time.
