Easy process which is very convenient. One complain is that you called the recipient the previous day to inform that there is a gift which will be delivered before 4PM the following day which kind of ruined the surprise.

All my online gift shopping experiences with Kapruka had been hassle free so far. The structure of the website is better organized still can improve more thoughand the transactions were safe and quick. This is best felt when I tried to send some groceries through antoher Sri Lankan super market website. I spent hours picking up what I needed and when I finally did try to send it my transaction had fallen apart and failed somehow. Very frustrating.I am happy with the kind and the quality of retailers they have partnered up with for their gift options. Adding a few more quality retailers into the list would be even better. Also I am keeping my hopes up for the rewards program you guys had initiated. Unfortunatley in comparison to my shopping experiences in USA rewarding their custormers in Sri Lanka still seem primitive or not existent even.All in all I think you guys do a great job! And I wish you good luck for even further improvements.

Overall happy with the good available however I once ordered flower and they were much smaller than the picture available on the site. This was greatly misleading and I was disappointed as it was sent for a birthday. Would appreciate more pictures being available in a realistic setting to give a better idea for the buyer.
