One dayearly morning at 04.00am i got a call from kapruka employee in colombo enquiring about a recipient s both home and telephone address while i was still in bed. I am sure you can call me bit later but certainly not this time of the hour.

Cakes are good. But heard from the recipients that all the cooked foods ar cold and frozen and fresh fruits such as papws are not good. I won t go for those items any more. Woul like to have more selection options

We feel that gifts in sri lanka are being delivered at Sri Lankan agents own Convenience and not as per our request. More over calling the recipient before delivery is not appreciated as a result surprise gifts cannot be given
